Luminous Spa Parties are the perfect way to come together and enjoy your family, friends and co-workers. Luminous closes its doors for your private party, so you and your guests can relax in pure privacy in our Luminous Lounge!
Requirements:
- $250.00 deposit to hold your spa party date.
- Monday - Friday: minimum 6 guests and a maximum of 15
- Saturday and Sunday: minimum 10 guests and a maximum of 15.
- 10 day cancellation required to avoid charges.
- Final guest count and guest choice of service treatments are due 10 days prior to your party.
(your spa coordinator will assist you with further details and organization of schedule & itinerary)
- All guests must receive services to attend.
- All guests attending must receive services of $65 or greater.
- Each guest is responsible for their own payment upon checkout unless paid by host.
- If a guest or guests do not show to the party, the host is responsible for payment.
- 18% gratuity will be added to each guest total with parties of 8 or more.
- $35 Clean up fee for parties of 9 or less
- $55 Clean up fee for parties of 10 - 15
- $75 Clean up fee for parties of 16 - 20
- You may bring 1 tray of finger foods as well as a cake or cupcakes.
WE PROVIDE:
As a thank you for booking your spa party with us, depending on your party size, the spa will provide 1 to 2 bottles of champagne with orange juice for mimosas, infused water, tea, fresh fruit, gourmet cheeses and crackers.
