Our Cancellation Policies and Fees:
All clients are required to hold their appointments with a valid credit card. Luminous requires a 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid charges.
-Same day cancellation, 2hrs notice, rescheduled for another day = No Charge.
-Same day cancellation without 2 hrs notice, rescheduled for another day= Fee charge is 15% of your total.
-Same day cancellation, no reschedule = Fee charge of 50% of your total.
-No call, No Show = Fee charge of 100% of your total.

Meters are $1 for 1 hour.
The metered parking lot next to the spa has meters which go up to 5 hours.
Parking lot behind the spa is ALL DAY for $3
Street parking is 1 hour ONLY.

We would like our clients to receive the full service(s) booked , however, at times we are unable to accommodate depending on client time of arrival and our technicians availability.
